Agency Partners · iWebhacks

White-label web development for agencies.

Take on the technical work your clients need. I help web design and marketing agencies deliver custom WordPress builds, CRM integrations, automation and technical SEO fixes under their own brand.

You manage the client relationship. I work behind the scenes on the agreed technical scope, testing and handover.

Technical delivery support

When the brief goes beyond the design.

A client needs a booking workflow. A website form needs to update a CRM. An SEO audit has found problems that require development. Bring in focused technical support when your agency needs implementation capacity without a permanent hire.

White-label WordPress development

Custom plugins, website functionality, landing pages and improvements to existing WordPress sites. Scope the build around the client’s requirements and the way their team will maintain it.

CRM integrations & automation

Connect website enquiries with agreed CRM fields, pipeline stages and follow-up workflows. Map how data moves, what triggers each step and how exceptions should be handled.

Technical SEO implementation

Investigate indexing, canonical, redirect and crawl issues, then implement prioritised fixes. Delivery includes a change record and validation steps for your SEO team.

Focused project offers

Start with a problem your client already has.

These are starting scopes for a proposal. Fees, timing, platform costs and acceptance criteria are confirmed after reviewing the website, access requirements and dependencies.

01 · Lead response

Connect the enquiry to the next step.

A starting scope can connect one website form to one CRM, add an acknowledgement message and notify the right person. We agree field mapping, consent requirements, duplicate handling and test enquiries before launch.

02 · Technical SEO cleanup

Turn findings into implemented fixes.

Start with a diagnostic if the cause is unclear. The implementation scope identifies the affected pages, templates or rules, the changes to make and how they will be checked. Search engine recrawling and ranking changes remain outside the delivery guarantee.

03 · Workflow integration

Remove a recurring manual handoff.

Map one workflow, its source and destination systems, and the events that move data between them. The proposal defines access, failure notifications, testing and ongoing ownership.

04 · Custom functionality

Build the feature the theme cannot provide.

Scope a WordPress plugin, API connection or custom website feature around a defined user journey. More complex AI functionality can be assessed separately, with clear limits and review points.

Selected implementation experience

Real projects behind the services.

These client projects show the type of technical work I can bring to an agency engagement. They are examples of delivery experience, rather than claims of existing white-label partnerships.

  • You own the client communication. Client-facing involvement happens only when you request and approve it.
  • Confidentiality comes first. NDA terms, branding and portfolio permissions can be agreed before access is shared.
  • Scope changes are discussed. Additional requests are reviewed for cost and timing before implementation.
  • Handover is part of the plan. Documentation, access ownership and post-launch support are defined in the proposal.

How we begin

A small, defined first engagement.

Start with a suitable project or a diagnostic. Once the first engagement is complete, we can assess ongoing support around your actual workload.

01

Share the brief

Send the website, platform, required outcome and any deadline. A short outline is enough to start.

02

Agree the scope

Confirm deliverables, dependencies, exclusions, fee and review process. Unclear issues may need a paid diagnostic.

03

Build & review

Implementation follows the agreed scope, with progress updates and testing before your approval.

04

Handover & next steps

Receive the agreed documentation and review any maintenance or support needs separately.

Agency partner FAQs

Before you send the brief.

Can you work under our agency brand?

Yes. White-label delivery can be arranged with your agency handling client communication. Branding, confidentiality and any client-facing role are agreed at the outset.

Do you offer fixed fees or retainers?

Defined projects can be quoted for a fixed scope and fee. Ongoing support can be discussed around expected tasks, available capacity and response arrangements. There is no need to commit to a retainer to discuss a first project.

Can you implement fixes from our SEO audit?

Yes. Share the findings and relevant website details. I will review the proposed changes, identify dependencies and confirm what can be included. If the root cause is uncertain, a diagnostic may come first.

Which tools can you work with?

Relevant project experience includes WordPress, Make, GoHighLevel, QuickBooks and webhook-based connections. Compatibility with a particular CRM or API is checked before quoting.

Who pays for software and ongoing maintenance?

Any hosting, subscriptions, API usage or ongoing maintenance is identified in the proposal. Account ownership and recurring responsibilities are agreed before launch.

What should we send with an enquiry?

Include your agency name, the website or platform, the problem to solve, your preferred deadline and an indicative budget if available. Do not send passwords or client-sensitive records through the initial enquiry form.

Discuss your project

What does your client need built or fixed?

Send a short brief through the Contact page. Mention “Agency partnership” in your message so we can focus on your delivery needs and working arrangement.
