Lead Response Package · iWebhacks

A clear package for website lead response automation.

Connect your website form to your CRM. Acknowledge the enquiry, notify your team and give every new lead an agreed next action.

Start with one practical workflow, built around the tools you already use. You handle the conversation; the system helps organise the handoff.

Work directly with Jason. Compatibility and the delivery scope are confirmed before you commit.

What you are buying

A working route from enquiry to follow-up.

The starter package focuses on a single enquiry journey. We agree the fields, messages, destination and next action before implementation.

01 · Capture

One website form

Review or configure the agreed fields on one existing enquiry form. Confirm which details are needed and what happens after submission.

02 · Organise

One CRM connection

Map the agreed contact fields and create or update the lead record, using the CRM’s supported features and agreed duplicate rules.

03 · Acknowledge

One confirmation email

Use your approved wording to confirm receipt through a supported sending method. Personal sales replies remain with your team.

04 · Notify

One team alert

Send the enquiry details to one agreed recipient or inbox so the person responsible can see the request and take action.

05 · Assign

One defined next step

Create a follow-up task or assign a pipeline stage where the CRM supports it. Confirm ownership and the intended action in advance.

06 · Handover

Testing and documentation

Check sample enquiries, field mapping, duplicate handling and failure visibility. Receive a workflow summary and account ownership notes.

Scope before setup

Confirm the fit before the build.

Send your website URL, current form tool and CRM. I’ll check the available connection methods and identify any access, paid plan or API requirements.

The quote confirms deliverables, exclusions, timing, payment terms and acceptance checks. If an existing problem needs investigation, a diagnostic may be quoted first.

Package FAQs

Before you request a quote.

Is US$750 the final price?

It is the starting setup price for the defined starter scope. Your final quote depends on platform compatibility, existing configuration and any additional requirements. You approve the scope and fee before work starts.

Do I need a new website or CRM?

Not necessarily. The first step is checking your current website, form and CRM. If your tools need a paid plan or cannot support the workflow, that is discussed before you commit.

Can you work with Google Workspace or GoHighLevel?

These can be assessed as part of the setup. Available features, account permissions, sending methods and platform plans determine the implementation. Access to your accounts is arranged after the scope is agreed.

Does the package require AI?

No. The starter workflow can use agreed rules and approved messages. AI summaries, classification and draft replies are optional additions.

How long will it take?

A delivery schedule is confirmed after reviewing the tools and access requirements. The quote identifies dependencies such as account access, message approval and third-party configuration.

What happens after launch?

You receive the agreed documentation and handover. The proposal specifies the correction period for implementation defects. Ongoing monitoring, maintenance and new requests are separate; any support period is confirmed in writing before work begins.

Will this generate leads or guarantee sales?

The package organises and acknowledges enquiries that reach your website. Lead generation, advertising and your team’s sales conversations are separate. No enquiry volume, sales result or inbox delivery guarantee is included.

Can an agency buy this for a client?

Yes. White-label work is scoped around the client’s tools and your delivery requirements. Branding, confidentiality and communication responsibilities are agreed before work starts.
