A clearer source of information

Help people understand why your business fits.

Your website should explain your services with enough detail to support a decision. I review the questions customers ask, the information your pages provide and the evidence that makes your offer credible.

Explain your offer

Make your services, audience, coverage and approach clear across the pages that describe your business.

Share useful expertise

Answer practical buying questions with real experience, specific examples and information customers can use.

Measure what appears

Review selected questions and available referral data to learn where your brand is mentioned, cited or visited.

What the work can include

Build the pages behind a stronger search presence.

The work connects content and technical SEO with a practical observation plan. We agree on the platforms, questions and deliverables that fit your market.

01 / BASELINE

AI visibility review

Sample relevant questions across agreed platforms, such as ChatGPT search and Google’s AI search features. Record the date, query, context and source links available in each observation.

02 / BUSINESS CLARITY

Service and brand information

Review how your site describes the business, services, audience and coverage. Resolve conflicting details and make supporting pages easier to navigate.

03 / CONTENT

Answers worth reading

Improve service explanations, decision guides and FAQs around genuine customer needs. Add original examples and verified evidence you can provide.

04 / ACCESS

Technical search foundations

Review indexing, internal links and crawler access, including hosting or firewall restrictions. Recommend changes based on the platforms in scope and your content-access preferences.

05 / EVIDENCE

Experience and supporting proof

Plan case studies, authorship details, process explanations and relevant sources. Use accurate claims that your business can support.

06 / REPORTING

Visibility and referral review

Separate sampled brand mentions, linked citations and measurable website referrals. Review customer actions where tracking is available, with clear limits on what the data captures.

Reporting you can interpret

Know what each visibility signal means.

An AI answer mentioning your business is different from linking to your website. A referral visit is different from a qualified enquiry. Reporting should keep those outcomes clear.

Answers vary across questions, sessions and platforms. A defined set of observations gives us a useful baseline, with limitations recorded alongside the findings.

  • Mentions: your brand appears in the sampled response.
  • Citations: a response includes a source link to your website.
  • Referrals: analytics identifies a visit from a measurable source.
  • Customer actions: a tracked booking, form or other relevant event.
  • Context: the questions, dates and platforms behind the observations.
Give visitors something useful to find

Turn your experience into clearer service content.

Your process, project examples and answers to customer questions can help explain what makes the service useful. We can plan these improvements around your existing pages and the information you already have.

How we work together

Review, improve and learn from the evidence.

We start with a defined scope and a baseline, then improve the source pages and review what changes over time.

01 / REVIEW

Understand the offer

Agree on priority services, customer questions, platforms and available data.

02 / PLAN

Find the gaps

Review sampled visibility, page content and technical access to scope improvements.

03 / IMPLEMENT

Improve the pages

Complete agreed content, business-information and technical changes.

04 / REFINE

Repeat the observations

Review the agreed questions and available traffic data, then choose the next priorities.

Common questions

Before we start.

Is this the same as AEO or GEO?

AEO means Answer Engine Optimization and GEO means Generative Engine Optimization. These terms often describe overlapping work around AI-assisted discovery. My scope focuses on useful source content, technical access and observations relevant to your business.

Can you guarantee a recommendation in ChatGPT or Google AI answers?

No. The platforms decide which information to surface, and answers can change with the question and context. We can improve the site and track agreed observations, but a mention, citation or number of leads cannot be guaranteed.

Does this replace SEO?

The work overlaps with SEO. Google’s AI search features use the same foundational practices as Google Search. We also review access and observations specific to other platforms in the agreed scope.

Do I need special AI markup or an llms.txt file?

Google does not require special AI markup or an llms.txt file for its AI search features. We use relevant structured data where it fits the visible content and assess platform requirements individually.

Does appearing in AI search require allowing AI training?

For OpenAI, search crawling and model-training crawling have separate controls. We can review those settings according to your preferences. Allowing search access does not guarantee that your pages will be selected.

How do you measure progress?

We compare a documented set of questions and available platform observations, then review identifiable referral traffic and tracked website actions. The report states the sample and coverage limits; it does not treat a sample as every AI answer or every visit.

Do I need a new website or more AI tools?

We start with your current website and available data. The first priorities may be clearer service pages, stronger proof or technical repairs. Any additional tool costs are discussed as part of the proposed scope.
