How the license works (simple)
There’s no user or seat billing in the background. Your license only cares about how many WordPress sites you activate, and for how long you receive updates.
Purchase your tier
Choose Starter, Agency or Unlimited. A license key is generated automatically in WooCommerce and emailed to you with your order details.
Install & activate on your site
Upload the plugin, activate it, then go to Settings → iWebhacks PM License, paste your key and click “Activate”. The site is now counted against your license limits.
Move licenses as your stack evolves
Spinning up a new install or retiring an old one? Deactivate the license on the old site, then activate it on the new site — as long as you stay within the allowed site count.

Is this a hosted SaaS like Asana or ClickUp?
No — this is a self-hosted WordPress plugin. You install it on your own WordPress site, activate your license and run your PM board there. Your data stays on your server.
What happens when my update window ends?
Your license does not stop working. You keep using the version you have forever on the sites you activated. The update window only controls how long you receive new features and fixes.
Can I move the license from one domain to another?
Yes. Deactivate the license on the old domain (inside Settings → iWebhacks PM License), then activate it on the new domain. As long as you stay within your site limit, you’re good.
Can I sell this board as part of my own services?
Yes. Many agencies will use the Agency or Unlimited tier to set up multiple internal boards or bundle a “client SEO portal” as part of their retainers. You remain in control of the installs and licenses.
Does it work with any WordPress theme or builder?
Yes. The board itself is rendered via a shortcode, so you can drop it into any theme or builder (Elementor, Gutenberg, classic editor, etc.) as long as WordPress is running.
Can I request new features or improvements?
Absolutely. This tool is actively evolving. Agency & Unlimited customers, in particular, will get priority on roadmap and feature ideas based on real-world usage.
